StarGo Private Hire provides pre-booked private hire and chauffeur transfer services in the United Kingdom, including airport, business, yacht, cruise, and event transfers. We act as a booking agent and transport provider (or arrange licensed sub-contractors) depending on the journey. Vehicle images and descriptions on the website are representative; we reserve the right to substitute a comparable vehicle when necessary.
Your account
You must provide accurate contact and journey information. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking on behalf of passengers.
Bookings & payment
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation reference by email or see confirmation on the website. Quoted fares are in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Payment may be taken at booking or as agreed for corporate accounts. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, parking, tolls, or out-of-hours amendments as communicated at booking or by dispatch.
You are responsible for providing correct pickup times, flight numbers, and passenger details. We are not liable for missed journeys caused by incorrect information supplied by you.
Changes & cancellations
Amendments and cancellations should be made as early as possible via My Account, email, or phone. Refund and cancellation terms depend on notice given and journey type; our dispatch team will confirm applicable charges when you request a change. No-shows may be charged in full.
Passenger conduct
Passengers must behave safely and lawfully. Smoking, illegal substances, and abusive behaviour are not permitted. We may refuse or terminate a journey if safety is at risk, without refund where the passenger is at fault. Child seats and accessibility requirements must be requested at booking.
Liability
We carry appropriate insurance for private hire operations as required by UK law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any booking is limited to the fare paid for that journey. We are not liable for indirect losses, missed flights, or events outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights if you are resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland. See our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer for further information.
